French fashion company Vivarte recently decided to sell its Chevignon brand, whose 2018 sales was around $27 million and which employs 180 staff, to the Royer company and businessmen Stephane Collaert and Thierry Le Guenic. The group has been restructuring its business to improve its financial situation and disposing off assets to cut debt.
