How romantic, just like a scene out of the movies! Take it one step further and make the chocolate dipped strawberries together:
- Easy Chocolate Covered Strawberry Recipe:
- Wash and thoroughly dry 1 pound of fresh strawberries.
- Melt a 12 oz. package of chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of shortening in the microwave for 1 minute, stir and microwave in additional 30 second increments if needed, stir until smooth.
- Hold the strawberries by the stem and dip, place on wax paper to harden.
- ENJOY!
