  • Melt a 12 oz. package of chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of shortening in the microwave for 1 minute, stir and microwave in additional 30 second increments if needed, stir until smooth.
  • Hold the strawberries by the stem and dip, place on wax paper to harden.
